First download the application from Microsoft website and then locate the package where you saved it. Launch it and follow the instructions. Usually it's not necessary to interact with the installer, but make sure to accept the Agreement and it will work.

How would I write this in Excel formula?

C1 = A1-A2 if A1 is less than A2.

The formula for the C1 cell should look like this:

=if(A1

The third value in the 'if' statement (in this case, a zero) is the value that is returned if the condition is not met. In general terms, the syntax is this: =if(condition, value if true, value if false).

You cannot properly convert a snapshot into a Microsoft Office Excel file. You can only open a snapshot with Microsoft Office Excel.
For this you can follow step by step the instructions provided by Microsoft Corporation.
